Never a dull moment!

So as some of you know Rylence decided to try his hand at skydiving from his second story bedroom window last night. He was trying to look outside and the screen gave way and down he went. The bush broke his fall thank goodness. A neighbor actually saw him fall and started yelling to Matthew through the open balcony door. My father and I were picking up pizza. So of course Matthew flew down the stairs and the cop living down stairs preceded to follow. By the time I arrived he was walking around and the ambulance had already been called. When they arrived to evaluate him he was complaining of neck pain and they braced him and took him to MTMC nearby for a scan to verify everything was ok. He did not like the brace but was a trooper and did as he was told. He was starving and half asleep by the time we came home of course. :) We are just thankful that God had some angels watching over him and he is alright.
I am also thankful it happened while I was here. On that note I am super excited that today is my last full day in the United States for the next 9 days!!!! We fly out tomorrow morning at 6. Well to Miami and then from Miami to Guatemala at 12:40. Going to be a wonderful and enlightening experience! Still cannot believe I am leaving the country!! Not going to lie about it, I am excited it it will be a rough week for Matthew and I not being able to communicate and I will miss my two favorite men beyond measure but it will be worth it. I also believe this will just be the beginning of traveling so it will be a good maiden voyage.
Back to checking the packing and preparing myself for my niece's graduation from high school tonight. Which by the way we are very proud of her for continuing through and finishing high school and also being accepted into Trevecca Nazarene University!!! Keep up the good work! We love you very much! Well next time I will be telling of my travels! Hope you all have a great week!

Xoxo
