Final walk through!!

So yesterday morning we did our final walk through of our new house. We are still as much in love if not more so. Hard to believe just a few months ago we were not even considering buying a house anytime soon and now here we are! SOLD!!

                               

We thanked our amazing realtor and then set off to set up our new utilities. After going to the wrong locations twice we finally had our accounts set up to turn on in our names for the 24th. We decided to grab a bite of lunch in our new city and found a great Irish pub called the Paddy Wagon. Wonderful food, atmosphere, and thirst quenching options. Unfortunately we cannot share this with Ry until he is of legal drinking age but still nice date night or hang out with friends. But we just couldn't stop talking about our new house! While we enjoyed a break our lender called and told us that our final tally for the remainder of closing costs would only be $13.75!!! We were planning for 1700 ish, so this was an awesome surprise! And our payment is $30 less than estimated as well. I can't even begin to describe the faces of the pub employees when we were high-fiving and Woohooing! :) 

  So after such a great lunch we picked up Ry and headed to Lowe's for our first of many shopping trips for the new house. Definitely feeling like homeowner's now, even though it won't be final until today around 11. Very exciting times in the Motz world right now! I will post updates for today's happenings when I have the chance. ( I picked up overtime to pay for the closing costs; which are no longer an issue. haha) Love from Us!
