College...

   As many of you know Matthew has been trying to decide for a while now what degree he wants and where to go for said degree. Well after much time thinking and researching he has decided that he would like a Computer Information Systems degree. He found a few online programs and did the research on them as well as inquiring for information. Seems like such a big step alone. Then we waited for the universities to contact him. 

    DeVry university was the first one to contact him on Tuesday and he really liked the way everything was handled. They answered all his questions and explained the structure very well. So the next day (wednesday) when they contacted him again to see if he had more questions and was ready to move forward or not, he applied to the university. He has done the financial side of things so far and is studying to take their placement tests so he knows what classes he will need to start in. He is working so hard to improve his math skills and make sure he actually understands the materials now, that I know he will do great in school. I am so excited for him and proud that he is making steps toward his dreams and goals. The first round of classes he will take will begin in October and the sessions are 8 weeks long. It is completely online as well. 

   Just wanted to update on the education side of things (and brag about my hubby). Love to you all.
