Holidays!!
I can't believe I skipped the post about christmas and New years! Anyways My brother's family, us, my parents, and SIL father all went to Wilderness at the smokies. It is an indoor and outdoor water park in pigeon forge. Well it was all indoor since it was december lol. It was fun. The kids had a blast and the adults fell in love with the hot tub! :) It was nice to get away and not have to cook a huge meal. I don't know if it will happen again but it was fun and different. Then for New years Matthew and I just stayed here. Nothing fancy to do so we stayed up together had some snacks and wine. It was a nice evening. Ry didn't even make it to 10 o'clock lol. But he had fun while he was awake. Have not made any real solutions that I haven't already been practicing, just trying to improve on the goals I have.
Since New years we have not been up to much. Basically sitting around the house, working, and Ry went back to school. It was nice to read a none textbook! lol. I have been bored and as soon as I bought my books for class I have been reading and studying. I guess I enjoy the material when I am not stressing out lol. We also were able to have a night out with a friend of min and her boyfriend bowling. It was nice to go out without any kids. Thanks Dad for keeping Ry for us!
Ry is going to be tested on the 26th to see if he is accepted into one of the schools here in Murfreesboro. It is ran like a private school but is public and is for gifted kids (don't know if that's the right word or not). They help kids with potential excel.
Well next week starts my semester and back to no life and rarely seeing family lol. I am extremely excited though because it is my first hands on semester! And one step closer to my career. For my SIL it is her last step! She graduates in May! I am also excited for her this semester. 2012 is going to be a great year. :) But before all the hustle and bustle of school life takes over We are going on one more family outing to another Monster Jam in Atlanta this weekend! Ry doesn't know yet! :) I can't wait to see his face in the morning and when we get there!
